How do you photograph milestone events?
I approach milestone sessions with a blend of gentle guidance and documentary-style storytelling to capture the authentic beauty of each moment. Whether it’s a pregnancy announcement, gender reveal, birth, or baby’s first milestones, I focus on natural connections, soft light, and timeless details.
For in-home sessions, I create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, allowing your family’s love to unfold naturally. If we’re outdoors, I use beautiful natural backdrops to enhance the warmth and intimacy of the moment. My goal is to preserve these fleeting milestones in a way that feels effortless, elegant, and deeply meaningful—so you can look back on them for years to come.
Before your session, we’ll discuss your vision, styling, and any meaningful details you’d like to include. That way, each milestone is captured in a way that reflects your unique journey through motherhood.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in San Diego/Southern California and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where and when it takes place.
When will we get our photos?
Typically, you will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
For my Motherhood Collection offering, we will schedule a Reveal Session after each event. This way, we both dedicate time to reviewing your photos, choosing your absolute favorites, and designing/ordering any heirloom pieces - if you so choose.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 1 to 2 hour event, you will typically receive between 30 to 60+ fully edited images, depending on which package you choose. I always choose quality rather than quantity. I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
